Effective October 23, 2026. These terms describe the free launch service, the choices you remain responsible for, and how to contact the operator about a concern.
The service and its operator
TribalShaping.com is an independent creative website operated by Armindo. Contact: scharrarmindo@gmail.com. Postal address: Room 1104, Tower B, Yingyue International, Jinye Road, Yanta District, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. By using the tools, you agree to these terms to the extent they form an enforceable agreement under the law that applies to you. If you do not agree, stop using the tools. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
The site offers guild and gaming-group name suggestions, fictional naming interpretations, practical guidance, and related editorial material in English and Japanese. The launch tools operate in the browser without an account, payment, or server submission of your naming choices. The service does not include a game account, membership in a guild, trademark filing, domain reservation, or a promise that a suggested name can be registered anywhere.
Eligibility and sensible use
Use the site only where you may lawfully do so. If you are not old enough to agree to terms in your jurisdiction, use the service with an appropriate parent or guardian’s involvement. We do not ask for proof of age or encourage children to send personal information. Access to a game or third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own age limits and rules.
Do not use the service to promote real-world hate, target people with harassment, impersonate an organization, expose private information, coordinate unlawful activity, or create deceptive claims of official affiliation. Fantasy conflict and fictional villains are different from threats toward real people. You are responsible for how a name and its explanation are used after you leave this site.
Generated names and your creative decisions
You may adapt and use generated name suggestions for your own guild, team, fictional setting, or other lawful project, subject to third-party rights and the rules of the destination where you use them. TribalShaping does not claim an exclusive right over an individual short name merely because the tool suggested it. Another user may receive the same or a similar candidate, and a familiar combination may already be in use.
We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, cultural suitability in every region, availability in a game, availability as a domain or handle, or freedom from trademark and other legal conflicts. Before a public or commercial adoption, search the relevant game, web, social platforms, and appropriate trademark sources. Seek qualified advice when your intended use warrants it. A favorable tool score is a creative comparison within the tool, not a legal clearance or a forecast of success.
How to read meanings and scores
The generator uses an original structured vocabulary and local rules. AI-assisted drafting was used in producing some of the underlying editorial material. It is not a live language-model conversation, and it does not verify the current state of an external game database when you press generate. Scores reflect designed preferences for tone, purpose or theme, group size, community character, intensity, and length or alliteration; they are not validated measurements of player popularity, corpus frequency, or search demand.
Descriptions of symbolism, lore, or a name’s story are creative interpretations. Unless an article expressly supplies a reliable historical source for a factual statement, do not treat an invented name’s explanation as established etymology, a translation certified by a professional, or a statement about a real culture. Read candidates aloud and ask people who know the relevant language or community when an unfamiliar expression matters to your decision.
Site content and permitted reuse
The site’s original article text, arrangement, designed assets, software, and compiled vocabulary may be protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may browse, link to pages, and keep reasonable personal notes. Using an individual generated name is distinct from copying the website’s full articles, dataset, or interface. Bulk republication or commercial redistribution of substantial site content requires permission unless an applicable legal exception allows it.
Nothing here prevents uses protected by law, including permitted quotation or other relevant exceptions. If you would like to reuse a substantial article or data collection, email the operator with the material, purpose, audience, and proposed attribution. References to games and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance for descriptive purposes does not imply partnership or endorsement.
Inputs, saved favorites, and correspondence
Do not enter passwords, account recovery information, real-world personal details, or material you do not have permission to use. Your form choices are processed locally in the launch version. Optional favorites are saved only in the relevant browser storage after you choose that feature. They are not backed up to an account, and we cannot recover a collection removed by browser cleanup or device loss. Keep your own copy of anything you wish to retain.
Choosing Compare stores selected candidates in sessionStorage for the browser tab’s session. Choosing Share Brief encodes the included settings and words into a URL fragment that anyone with the complete link can read. The application does not submit the fragment to the hosting server, but sharing the link reveals its contents to its recipients. Review a brief before sharing it and do not include confidential information.
If you email feedback, provide information that you are entitled to share. We may use a general suggestion to improve the tools, but sending a message does not give us permission to publish your private story or identify you as a supporter. The privacy policy explains correspondence, optional storage, and hosting-related information. These terms do not authorize an undisclosed new collection of personal information.
Protecting the site and other users
Do not attempt to compromise the site, inject malicious code, exploit a vulnerability, disrupt delivery, or use automated access that imposes an unreasonable burden on its hosting. Ordinary browsing, responsible search indexing, and your own lawful use of locally delivered generation features are welcome. If you find a security issue, report a concise description privately by email rather than exposing information or damaging systems to demonstrate it.
We may restrict harmful access, remove problematic material, or change a tool when reasonably needed to protect the site, respond to a legitimate rights concern, or meet a legal obligation. We will consider the nature of the issue and applicable rights. The launch site has no user accounts to suspend and no public user-upload area.
Availability and reasonable limitations
We aim to make the site useful and maintain clear information, but the free service may contain errors, be interrupted, or change as content and software are improved. Browser features such as clipboard access and local storage depend on your settings and device. There is no promise of continuous availability, compatibility with every browser, a particular search ranking, advertising approval, or a particular outcome for your guild.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties about fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for losses arising from use is limited to the extent the law permits. These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable obligations concerning fraud, deliberate misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections. Your statutory remedies remain available where they apply.
Links, advertising, and changes
External links are references or conveniences. We do not control the linked provider’s content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. No advertisement is active in the launch version. If advertising is later introduced, its placement must be distinguishable from editorial material and generator controls. An ad does not amount to our endorsement of the advertised product, and no visitor is asked to click advertisements to support the site.
We may update these terms when the service changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will be explained in an appropriate way before they affect a new relevant use. A revision does not automatically remove rights that already accrued. The English and Japanese texts are intended to have the same practical meaning; contact us if a difference creates uncertainty.
Questions, concerns, and applicable rights
For a disagreement, correction, or rights notice, first contact Armindo with the relevant page, a clear description, and the outcome you are seeking. This invitation does not require you to delay a legal remedy or complaint to a competent authority. The operator is based in Xi’an, China; which law and forum apply to a particular matter depend on applicable conflict-of-law rules and any mandatory protections in your jurisdiction.
These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class or representative rights where protected by law, or require a visitor to surrender a lawful consumer forum. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where the applicable law allows. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it for every future circumstance.
